40 – 2 inch x 2 inch Square Reusable WHITE Cloth Electrodes 20 pads 10 – Packs of 4 electrode per pack = 40 electrodes Reusable Multi-stick Gel Molded wire connector for reliability and durability For use with most TENS unit, TENS 7000, TENS 3000, EMS 7500, TwinsStim, Massager and electrical muscle stimulators (EMS). Directions: Apply only to unbroken skin Clean and dry the area to which the TENS Electrodes are to be applied with soap and water prior to application of the Electrode Pads. Plug the lead wire into the Pin Connector on the pre-wired electrode pad. To apply to the skin:remove the protective liner from the TENS Electrode and apply to the prescribed location. To remove Lift the corner of the electrode pad and peel holding both the back of the TENS Electrode and the edge of the adhesive. Replace Pads onto the plastic and replace and seal the plastic bag.. Place electrodes on the treatment area. Apply finger pressure to the edges and press down on the entire electrode to assure adequate contact with skin. Removal:1. Gently peel off the electrodes.2. Wipe off electrodes with a non-alcohol wipe or rinse with cold water and wait for it to dry. The sticky side should remain up so it does not adhere to anything.3. Place the sticky side of the electrode on the clear sheet it arrived in and put it back in the packaging.4. Store electrodes in a cool, dry place not exposed to bright light or any extreme temperature as it may have a permanent adverse effect on the gel.
